I am the 1%

Only 1% of the LinkedIn users dare to post periodically

I used to think posting on LinkedIn wasn’t for me. Only a small 1% of users post periodically

I thought:

·      “What if I say something obvious?”

·      “What if it’s not interesting?”

·      “What if everyone else is just… better?”

So I stayed silent.

Until one day, something shifted.

I realized: No one is better at being me than me!

So instead of trying to sound smart, I decided to sound real. To share my experiences. My thoughts. My perspective.

Not to impress but maybe to help, inspire, or simply make someone pause and laugh for a second.

A few weeks ago, I “post” for the first time. A simple video. Just me being me. What happened:

-             The fear turned into energy.

-             Messages started coming in.

-             Conversations started happening.

Not because the content was perfect— but because it was real.

And what makes a network great… is people! My takeaway: Make this network human-driven!
