READING, WRITING & MATHS no longer define success!
I attended a parent-teacher meeting recently for my 6.5-year-old son.
Being from the 80s, I expected the discussion to focus on what I always considered the foundations of success: reading, writing, and maths.
I was wrong.
The teacher explained how much society has changed since the 80s, obvious when you think about it, yet still shocking to hear.
Instead of focusing only on traditional academic skills, successful skills are now:
AI and Big Data
Technology Literacy
Resilience
Analytical thinking
Leadership
Adaptability

Clear message - Transformation is no longer only critical for businesses to stay competitive. It is equally critical for people who want to remain relevant in the job market.
Companies are shifting from traditional transformation to AI-driven transformation and need people who can quickly learn and apply technologies to solve business problems.
